Should a change in a teams roster affect the teams Ranking?

Should a change in a teams roster affect the teams Ranking? Or is it the case that only wins and losses should affect the rankings?

    It is up to participants to decide whether roster changes are relevant for their models. In the technical documentation, we did suggest that participants can explore team rosters in their models, but it is not a requirement.
